I have an eating problem. I don't mean I have an eating disorder where I starve myself or drive through McDonald's late at night. I'm not obese or anorexic. I don't even HATE my body. I do, however, have a problem sticking to an eating plan.
Here is my stomach as of May 8, 2012: Ew ew ew ew
So, in this blog I'll share my progress (hopefully!), my workouts, my food, and maybe some recipes and things I've learned along the way. With a lot of hard work, and a bit of luck, I aim to have a flat stomach, and a healthy body inside and out by August 1, 2012.
